The biggest factor with regards to the reliability of your boiler is magnetite or black sludge as it is more commonly known. This is the most common cause of all internal boiler failures. The black sludge is a type of iron oxide (rust) that wears down and blocks boiler components. Having a filter installed helps prevent unwanted breakdowns and improves reliability.

  Needed a new gas hob fitting. Julian was able to come at pretty short notice. Worktop needed trimming to accommodate and new pipe work done. Job done quickly with no mess and for a reasonable price. Gas certificate emailed on completion of work. Great service as ever. Highly recommended.
