Used Julian again today after being with him for quite a number of years now.  Another fantastic quality job today from him in installing 2 radiators and giving me a landlord gas cert.  Gave me a central heating flush also.   Keen eye for whats going on plumbing wise in general also as he recognized i had a blockage in the mains water in pipe to the boiler as the flow was low.
