Every installation is carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer (registration no. 520274). We are a Worcester Bosch Accredited Installer and a Navien approved installer, trading since 2008. Most boiler swaps are finished in a single day, and we take the old boiler away with us.

Free survey. We visit, look at your current boiler, pipework and flue, and talk through your hot water needs.
Fixed quote. You get a clear written price with the boiler we recommend and why. No obligation.
Installation day. Most swaps take one day. Converting a system with a hot water cylinder to a combi, or moving the boiler, can take up to 3 days.
Handover and aftercare. We show you how everything works, register your warranty, and remind you when your annual service is due (£85).
New Worcester Bosch 4000 combi, Bradford BD10
We installed this Worcester Bosch 4000 after the rubber hoses inside the customer’s old Vaillant boiler burst. Because the boiler sat at floor level, the water flooded it and destroyed it. Used Julian again today after being with him for quite a number of years now. Another fantastic quality job today from him in installing 2 radiators and giving me a landlord gas cert. Gave me a central heating flush also. Keen eye for whats going on plumbing wise in general also as he recognized i had a blockage in the mains water in pipe to the boiler as the flow was low. Made right. Best plumber i have ever used end of.

Answers to the questions we are asked most about getting a new boiler fitted.
How long does a new boiler installation take?
Most combi boiler swaps are finished in one day. If we are converting a system with a hot water cylinder to a combi, or moving the boiler to a new position, it can take up to 3 days.
Which boiler is right for my home?
It depends on the size of your home and how much hot water you use at once. A one-bedroom flat needs a very different boiler from a four-bedroom house with two showers. We will recommend the right size after a free survey, and we are not tied to one manufacturer.
Will my new boiler go in the same place?
In most cases, yes. Around 85% of new boilers go where the old one was. If you would like it moved, we can advise on the best position.
What warranty will I get?
Between 5 and 10 years depending on the boiler, and up to 12 years on many Worcester Bosch installations as we are an Accredited Installer. To keep a warranty valid, the boiler needs a service every year.
Do I need a magnetic filter?
We fit one as standard. It catches the black sludge (magnetite) that causes most internal boiler failures, so it helps your new boiler last longer and run efficiently.
Do I need a new thermostat?
Yes. Building regulations require suitable controls with every new boiler, so a wireless thermostat is included.
