  Julian booked us in and serviced the boiler today what a great customer experience had by us. Absolutely brilliant customer service and care. He’s professional and would recommend him to anyone looking for a gas engineer. He emailed me the safety certificate and filled out our service record for the boiler warranty.   This is the third year that Julian has serviced my gas boiler. I received a timely email advising me of its due date and we arranged a suitable date for it to be done.   Great service from start to finish.  I had a 20+ year old boiler and 6 radiators replaced.  Competitively priced and all work carried out quickly and efficiently.   Used Julian again today after being with him for quite a number of years now.  Another fantastic quality job today from him in installing 2 radiators and giving me a landlord gas cert.  Gave me a central heating flush also.   Keen eye for whats going on plumbing wise in general also as he recognized i had a blockage in the mains water in pipe to the boiler as the flow was low.   Julian fitted my boiler 2 years ago and has been back to service it every year he is polite friendly and hard working and gets the job done i know that should anything go wrong with the boiler I can relie on julian a 100% to sort it out and would definitely recommend
